To connect your call recording platform:
- Navigate to Settings and then Integrations in Minoa
- Select your platform (Gong, Zoom, Momentum, Attention, Chorus, or Fathom)
- Authenticate and configure user mapping
- Calls will begin processing automatically within the next business day
