Minoa Is Now in the Claude Connectors Directory
Minoa's MCP server is listed in Anthropic's Claude Connectors Directory, so you connect it from inside Claude instead of pasting a server URL into a dialog.
Minoa's remote MCP server is now listed in Anthropic's Claude Connectors Directory. Connecting Minoa to Claude no longer means pasting a server URL into a dialog. You open the listing, click Connect, and sign in with your Minoa account.
What changes
Nothing about the server itself. It is the same endpoint, the same OAuth flow, and the same permission model: Claude acts as you, so it reads and changes exactly what you can already see in Minoa, and every action is logged under your name.
What changes is how Claude treats it.
- Minoa shows up as Minoa. Before, a connector you added by URL appeared under Custom with no logo. Now it is a named card in the directory.
- Claude can suggest it. Directory connectors are eligible for Claude's in-chat connector suggestions, so Claude can offer Minoa when the conversation calls for it. Connectors added by URL never are.
- One listing, every surface. The same entry covers Claude web, Claude Desktop, Claude mobile, Claude Code and Cowork.
- Team and Enterprise get a cleaner path. An Owner enables Minoa once from Organization settings > Connectors. On a Team plan, a member who cannot enable connectors sees a Request button that notifies the Owners.
The listing carries Anthropic's Community label, which means Anthropic screened the server before listing it rather than running a full functional review.
If you already added Minoa by URL
Your connection keeps working, and there is nothing you have to do. Claude will keep filing it under Custom rather than showing the Minoa card.
To switch, remove the existing connector first, then connect from the directory. Connecting from the directory without removing the old one leaves you with two Minoa connections pointing at the same server.
Connect Minoa
Open the Minoa listing and click Connect. Then ask Claude something you would otherwise go looking for:
"What business cases do I have open right now?"
"Which use cases have the highest win rate in enterprise deals?"
"Build a business case for Acme Corp, enterprise fintech."
The setup guide covers the manual path for other clients, and how the MCP server works covers what Claude can read and change once it is connected.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a paid Claude plan to use Minoa in Claude?
Connectors are a paid Claude feature. Check Anthropic's current plan requirements in Claude, since they are set by Anthropic rather than by Minoa. Your Minoa plan is unaffected: reading your data over MCP is free on every Minoa plan.
Does the directory listing give Claude more access to our data?
No. Access is decided by OAuth and by your role in Minoa, not by how the connector was added. Claude authenticates as you and inherits your permissions, so it can read and change exactly what you can in the web app and nothing else. Editing the value framework stays admin only, and even an admin's changes stage in a private draft until they approve them.
Can we still add the server by URL?
Yes. The server URL is https://mcp.minoa.io and it still works in Claude and in every other MCP client, including Glean, Dust, Langdock and n8n. The directory is the recommended path for Claude specifically.
